Welcome to the District 11 BPAC. This is a quarterly meeting where Caltrans staff, partner agencies, community members, and advocates work together to improve walking, biking, and rolling in San Diego and Imperial Counties. This website is your go-to spot for BPAC news, meeting information, project updates, and ways to get involved.

For virtual attendance, please use the meeting's Microsoft Teams link. We send out the link ahead of each meeting in the meeting invite email. We also update the homepage of the BPAC Hub with this information closer to the meeting date. You can also download a calendar invite with the join link there.
Caltrans District 11 posts closure information on their social media channels. Access District 11's social media channels here (scroll down). For Camp Pendleton closures, there is a mailing list we notify once we receive word of an upcoming closure. Please contact us at d11activetrans@dot.ca.gov if you would like to be added to this list. We have also developed a route map for demonstrative purposes which we will later add here.

We ask new attendees to submit the BPAC Member Interest Form so we can get to know you. The form is located at the bottom of this tab. We review these responses and follow up with meeting information.
