Managed Lanes System Plan Guidelines
Managed Lanes System Plan Guidelines
Caltrans seeks public comment on the Draft Managed Lanes System Plan Guidelines. The purpose of these Guidelines is to provide guidance to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) staff on the development of a Managed Lane System Plan. Caltrans Deputy Directive 43-R2 instituted a requirement that a managed lane system plan be put in place for each region of the State that has, or will have managed lanes on the State Highway System. These plans will be used to determine how the regional managed lane networks will be developed, operated and improved.
