Caltrans District 12 Reconnecting Our Communities (ROC) Survey

 

Caltrans invites members of the public, stakeholders, and any interested individuals to participate in the Reconnecting Our Communities (ROC) survey located HERE. Please provide comments no later than Friday, March 20th.

What We’re Working Toward (Project Goals) 

  • Improve Safety and Access: Identify opportunities to make travel safer and improve access for people walking, biking, rolling, and taking transit, particularly to jobs, schools, transit, and essential destinations. 

  • Reconnect Communities: Reduce transportation barriers created by highways, ramps, and major roadways that divide neighborhoods and limit local connectivity. 

  • Advance Equitable, Implementable Solutions: Focus on communities that have faced transportation barriers and develop feasible, conceptual strategies supported by preliminary cost estimates to inform future funding and implementation.
