Draft PCH Master Plan Feasibility Study Document
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) seeks public comment on the Draft Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) Master Plan Feasibility Study, which focuses on approximately 21 miles of PCH in Malibu to identify transportation improvements that will address safety for all users, with an emphasis on supporting multimodal travel options for pedestrians and bicyclists, as well as enhancing transit opportunities. Comments must be submitted by June 9, 2025.
