Plan Description

US 395 and US 6 are your highways — and your voice matters in planning their future. Caltrans District 9 is developing a long-term highway plan for US Routes 395 and 6 spanning the high desert, Owens Valley, Eastern Sierra, and Mono Basin regions of California — and as part of this effort, your input is being sought through this community survey.

Whether you live in Lone Pine, commute through Bishop, haul freight on US 395, visit Mammoth Lakes, or travel US 6 — your daily experience on these highways is exactly what this plan needs to hear. Your responses will directly inform the improvement opportunities and long-term vision for US 395 and US 6.

This survey is one of a series of engagement activities — and a summary of the results will be shared on this portal as they become available. The survey takes a few minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.
