Community Advisory Board (CAB) Hub

Welcome to the CAB Hub. The District 11 CAB brings community voices directly into Caltrans decision-making across San Diego and Imperial Counties. CAB members work with Caltrans staff to share local perspectives, improve access, and help ensure transportation investments reflect community priorities. It serves as a collaborative space where community input helps guide planning, programming, and policy decisions.
